flyr 4 Posted January 6, 2013 Hi guys: Just want to apologize to start off. I'm an old fart who never learned to type and just started using a computer last summer. Any way I've been following discussions on this forum since I started on the computer and have learned a lot. Thanks fellow watch addicts! Having owned many different brands of gens(mid to low price) Bullova,Seiko,Orient,Casio etc,I always wanted something better than my current finances could afford.Thankfully You and Toro have assisted in me in my dilemma. Over the past while I have made four separate successful purchases from Toro with one more on the way! PO 45.5 BR-02- 92 Vintage omega 300 ladies Aquaracer for my wife. An Omega speedmaster moon handwind is on the way. I have offshores tool kit; and more tools on order. Hopefully I will be able to post pictures in the future but right now I don't own a digital camera and do not use a cell. Figured it was about time I said HI! Thanks again. flyr

Have gone through a case of Vizene due to too much information passing through my poor old eyes. To paraphrase some one else out there " The more I think I know the more I realize I don't" Thanks again. flyr

flyr 4 Posted January 8, 2013 Aren, I take it you use one of those U.S weather maps that have Hudson Bay squashed into lake Ontario? About the watch for my wife you think I had a choice? But seriously, Thanks, to you and dmpmassive for the welcome!
Electron17 0 Posted January 8, 2013 Hello and welcome to RWG from sunny and hot South Africa. You must be mighty cold where you are. You are never too old to collect watches, you probably have more time to appreciate them than younger folk do. Regards, Jan
flyr 4 Posted January 8, 2013 Cheers Jan! Spent a month in North Australia a short while ago, a bit different than Northern Ontario now. Enjoy your warmth !
