Member X 91 Posted March 4, 2010 This really gets on my tits. You win something at a reasonable price. You want something additional with it (a second strap, spare set of lug screws, a second buckle, etc). They completely take the piss with the price they quote for the extras For example, I won one of the 42mm DSSD sterile homages this week, but it was the version with a black nato strap rather than the SS bracelet. I thought it would be perhaps $15-20 more to get an additional SS bracelet so I could swap them over. The actual price he quoted me for a band that very likely cost well under $5 to buy at his end? 45 fucking dollars... Yeah, thanks for that. I'll pass if that's alright... I might have to see if Robert or Mary is able to get a sterile glidelock bracelet for a reasonable cost...
greg_r 84 Posted March 4, 2010 Can't say I'm surprised - seems to be par for the course with a lot of these eBay-based budget homage sellers.

Luthier 1 Posted March 7, 2010 Robert won't (not worth his while TBH) but Mary will if you ask nicly.67 bucks? :ahw: Yeah, riiiiight! Col. I don't think any dealer can supply sterile bracelet. They dealing with factories, that make replicas, and they make bracelets with stamps or engravings only. Maybe, Mary can ask the factory to skip engraving process? Ask her.
