New Rolex Now Working

Recommended Posts

J.Eric

Hi Guys!

Last week I picked up a Rolex 16234 DateJust from a fellow member for its jubilee bracelet.

The watch itself was not working. Well I had some free time this morning so i started to

tinker with it. What I found was screw tangled up in the gear train. Screw out and it's been fine

for the past two hours. Here are a few pics...........

Did you put the screw back in it's rightful place or was it an extra?

Yes, I figured out where it went.

It held down the plate that covers the main spring.

Still keeping accurate time for 7 hours now!!!
