couleur 0 Posted January 19, 2013 Just bought a Panerai 111 from Toro. I have this watch with me for less than a week. http://www.torobravos.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=35_52&product_id=87 I only wore it twice, today was the second time I wore it out. I notice that the movement was not working! When I took the watch out of the box, the second dial was paused. So I wore it on my wrist and manual wind it to the correct time. When I manual wind it, I can hear the clock works ticking and the second dial started to move. When I check the time after an hour on my wrist, the time was stuck since I adjusted the time an hour ago. The second dial was not working. I adjusted the time again and the second dial continue functioning. After a minute it stop again, the second dial has paused. I took the watch out of my wrist and adjusted the time and the second dial started. I then notice whenever I tilt the watch upside down, the movement on the back case will stop moving. Even though i turn it around the movement will not start. Not unless I pull out the lever and manual wind it, then it will start. But this wont be long until it stopped again? What is wrong with my watch? :/ I hate to see whenever I check the time on my wrist and only realize the movement has stopped about an hour ago and have to readjust it. couleur 0 Posted January 19, 2013 My heart sank when I thought the movement had some problems. Didn't understand what was a manual wind. I thought only quartz and automatic exist LOL.

Wind it until you can't wind it further. Should last for a good 40 hours
acid_luving 0 Posted January 20, 2013 The full winding takes close to 45 turns and will run for approx. 35-40 hours. Enjoy your watch
