I'm at a tiny 6 3/4 or so. I'm usually on one of the last holes on leather straps and need to remove links on a bracelet.

Same here, just under 7". Some watches just look way too big on me :(

 

Edit: Actually wanted to ask, how bad does a huge watch on a small wrist look? I'm talking big like the watch from top to bottom goes across the whole wrist, and the band goes straight down on both sides.

I think a lot of it depends on the thickness of the watch. A bulky watch that doesn't show much strap looks bad to me. I can only go up to a 44mm (have the PAM 111) but most of my watches are 42mm.
