kasper618 0 Posted February 14, 2013 I know it's not a super rep by any means, but I decided to pick one up out of sheer curiosity anyways. This came from Trusty Time, and was $238 plus shipping. It keeps great time, wears very nice, has a 3 day power reserve, and the strap surprisingly is way nicer in person than it looks in the pics. Only con about it, there is only lume on the hands, not the dial markers. OH!! and the total LACK of tourbillon movement!! Kidding folks!! Pics of this monster on my tiny 6" wrist, enjoy! Luthier 1 Posted February 14, 2013 Tourbillon? Really...
cygnus 0 Posted February 14, 2013 Is that Seconds at 9, and what's the 5 diminishing orbs on that same dial? Also, a display case I assume - any shot of the back?
James. 4 Posted February 14, 2013 You blind Luth? It says so on the dial! :lmao: Actually not a bad watch. Nice.
kasper618 0 Posted February 14, 2013 Is that Seconds at 9, and what's the 5 diminishing orbs on that same dial? Also, a display case I assume - any shot of the back? Yeah, it's seconds at 9. The orbs on the gen are supposed to rotate, but these unfortunately are stationary. The subdial at 3 is stationary as well, for looks. It's just fitted with an asian 23j movement. I can snap a pic of the back
Luthier 1 Posted February 14, 2013 Honestly - I don't understand the idea of buying watch with non-working subdials. But it's me... You like it - enjoy.
cygnus 0 Posted February 14, 2013 Nice! Shame about the faux dials though :-(
machiavegli 6 Posted February 14, 2013 Ok I liked this better than I expected to given the "tourby" but who am I to complain about false complications on false watches? Also, a lot of PAM dials are a little glum and this jazzes up all that empty space without being too glitzy. And the gunmetal finish on the display mvmt is nice. Enjoy it, man! -Mach
moekush 0 Posted February 14, 2013 cool looking watch

kasper618 0 Posted February 14, 2013 ...its on my list too :-) But at Puretime you get it for 170$ Yeah, same watch. I stick with Trusty myself, if I ever have an issue he resolves it for me. So I figure that's where the extra $$ is worth it.
mykeos 0 Posted February 17, 2013 Lovely!Looks so much better on your pics thant on puretime's website.Weird thing about the marker lume tho...Exceptional power reserve also, all the automatics I've had only got up to 42 hours...
kasper618 0 Posted February 18, 2013 It does lume, it's so bad that I didn't even realize it. I had to charge it with my high powered led flashlight to see it. Regardless, it wears very nice, and I will enjoy the watch!
acid_luving 0 Posted February 18, 2013 looks good but I agree with Luth, non working chrono dials shout out loud. Same goes with quartz reps

kasper618 0 Posted February 24, 2013 Looks great on the wrist - congrats! Yeah, im very surprised. I have a tiny 6" wrist, took a chance with the 47mm, now I have a 375n on the way! (Well waiting for qc's)
mykeos 0 Posted February 24, 2013 I have 375 and I'm very pleased with it. The case color is improvement compared to PAM386 1.1.It has a few flaws of course but the overall apperance is so good that these can be easiliy forgiven. That being said I plan to replace the crystal with high quality sapphire and I'll try to source an OEM Asso, for a good price hopefully;) Btw,the "maker" of 375 is prepairing a launch of 441 in the following weeks, I'm very interested to see how it will turn out... Chiquita Fanjita 1,803 Posted February 24, 2013 I love the 396 and glad to see someone has actually bought the rep. From looking at dealers sites the font colours always seemed to be off, but wasn't sure if just camera or light but actually seeing yours it looks great and am tempted to add it to my PAM collection. Enjoy mate
