Ceramic Plant Ocean 45mm

Recommended Posts

I know lots of these posted, buy really love this one, can over look the spelling mistakes….I ordered it from Andrew on Feb 6 arrived Feb 14th, not bad for CNY. I checked EMS tracking on the 14th in the am and it showed it still with customs in China? Oh well, was happy to see it. I thought it felt a bit heavy at first but getting used to it, 225 grams.

If you are a Omega fan, Bond fan, this is the watch to get, either the 42 or 45 mm.

Looks sensational. Question is the caseback"Liquid metal technologies" not on the gen? I saw a gen in the shop it was ceramic, open case back but no "Liquid metal technologies"

How's the AR? They say it's not as good as the 42mm.

Is the "liquid metal technologies" part printed or engraved? I think with a scotchbrite one could scrub it off no?

It looks printed, so could well be removable :)

I'd be interested in knowing that too.

However, as good as this rep is (almost unthinkable of replicating 10 years ago) the game is up the second you take it off and somebody notices that it is a 2824-2 masquerading as the master piece 8500 movement... I doubt the "Liquid Technology" stamp would make a difference!

Interesting enough, just received my Omega catalogue, and the Liquidmetal models feature that logo on the back..
