black263 228 Posted February 16, 2013 This is my current collection. I have sold on a Rolex Sub, and a Pam 111, so don't want them. I have on order an ALS Datograph in rose gold, Narikaa's Tag Microstepper Chrono, and that Bill Clinton watch from Silix. So what was next on my list? Guesses as to what I bought, and any advice on future purchases would be appreciated. Clare got a Rolex Datejust ladies for Valentines day so she's happy. black263 228 Posted February 16, 2013 Hublot classic fusion That gold one that Toro was selling is truly gorgeous and is going on my list. But that's not what I bought
black263 228 Posted February 16, 2013 Pam 326m That's too close to my Pam Ghost, so that's not what I bought.
Balad1 0 Posted February 17, 2013 How about a Breitling? Check Del's threads, he's the master.
black263 228 Posted February 17, 2013 I've been looking at Breitling, and trying to get a Bentley GT for my brother, without success. So that's not what I bought either.
Herzog Heinrich XVII 0 Posted February 17, 2013 I would buy a Panerai Black Seal: http://silix-prime.co/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=115_152&products_id=3560
black263 228 Posted February 17, 2013 To be fair, in my position, there's only one possibility.
black263 228 Posted February 17, 2013 I would buy a Panerai Black Seal: http://silix-prime.c...roducts_id=3560 I'm trying to avoid more than one watch per make. The two Milgauss were originally bought to see which I would keep, but Clare said I should keep both, otherwise one was for C&R. As a pensioner, the big blousy black watches don't really go with my lifestyle.
black263 228 Posted February 17, 2013 I know I have some, but they don't get much wrist time. More to be stared at. I wear the AP and the tank watch at the back more than the others put together. (Tank is a quartz Lorus, but Clare bought it for me for Xmas ..............)

black263 228 Posted February 17, 2013 No 111? You're wrong! Nice collection, buddy. I had the 111 (Toro's beginner upgrade, then Del posted those shots of the 237 Ghost, and I sold the 111 to help fund the Ghost) So far, no-one has come up with what I did buy next. Wriggles 12 Posted February 17, 2013 If you're sticking to only one of each make, and you've an ALS on the way, then maybe a JLC Toubillon? http://www.rwg.bz/board/index.php?showtopic=41110
