Where to buy Rolex Jacques Piccard Edition?

Hi there,

you won't believe how I found this forum today. I was on iparadisiac.co and was just about to put in my credit card info to purchase their Rolex Jacques Piccard Edition, which I read in james' reviews was great! I had a bad feeling in my gut and immediately started researching on this site and james' bullshit reviews and guess what.. I found this site. THANK GOD!!!! Anyways, since I'm in love with the Jacques Piccard special edition, do you know where the best (most accurate) rep is sold? I've heard Mary is good, but I saw some easy giveaways in her rendition of the replica. Any idea which dealer I should go with? HAS TO BE AMONGST THE AUTHORIZED DEALERS!

Haha sorry. Isn't watchinternational mary's site? Can't wait for her to get back, any other recommendations? How 'bout BK? I also have another question. How do these dealers obtain there watches? Do they make themselves or what? Thanks for your help everyone.

All the 'trusted dealers' are trusted for good reason. They can all get you this watch.

Any recommendations would be personal.

I've tried a few of the TDs and personally I go to ToroBravo first.

Luthier would probably recommend Mary at Watch International.

Others might recommend Marvellous Replica.

 

Pick one yourself and give them a try.

 

Whoever you pick though, remember that patience is important, particularly if there bearing in mind timezone and/or language issues.

Yes it's Mary. They don't make the watches they source em. Pretty much all tds can get the same watches because they come from the same factories. The saying around here goes is "find your dealer first, then find your watch"

I'm waiting for the Jean Luc Picard version. Perhaps some enterprising dealer will be a star and stun me by embarking on the long trek to ship it.

Here's mine from Watchinternational. The biggest difference is this one has a great date wheel. Pearl can be re-centered but date wheels are not so much... Though I'm swapping DW overlays is 4 of my Rolexes.

 

I'm not sure if Toros has just as nice a date wheel. Check his pics.

 

P.S. you mention Mary's has a number of inaccuracies. Do remember the gen is limited to 86 pieces and worth over $40k each. You're certainly not fooling anyone with this -- though it's a hairs better chance than if you sported a Deepsea Challenge.
