Ha ha ha mine too, whenever I grab the iPad - straight onto watch porn. It's got to the point where maybe I should just lie and say I'm watching porn.

Wait until you're paying for your kids weddings. One next month and then one in June 2014. £15k is quite reasonable I think our last one in 2009 totalled up at >£19k.

Welcome to the board btw.

I'd sooner my daughter got married in a registry office and put the £15,000 into a property. Our wedding cost us about £10,000 in 1998 and it was a complete waste of money. Neither of us enjoyed the day at all, nor do we have fond memories of it, with the exception of riding in a nice Rolls Royce for 30 minutes. Got let down by several tiny things, like the photographer being a complete twat, the mother-in-law taking over and pushing the wife into things she didn't want, the meal being shit and cold, and would sooner have had £10k less to pay on the mortgage to be fair.

Guys.

I've been through this all with her indoors.

It's fallen on deaf ears.

Cheers for the welcome :o)

Weddings do not make sense...

And the thought of choosing a rep to wear on that day....
