amust 0 Posted March 28, 2010 So I'm new here act. as you can see lol. I've been reading so many posts here and learned a lot in the last 2 hrs just reading about watches then Ive learned my lifetime lol. Thanks again for that. Ok so here's my problem. I'm looking for a site that sells really good almost real Rolex watch but a lot of them when I look up there website name on google alot of them says scams. Then I read on here that theirs no such thing as 99% identical Rolex watches and most of them aren't really made in Swiss. ect ect thank god I read that post. I was about to spend +800.00 for one on http://www.bestswiss.com. Now I know that there recommended sites on here which I'm going to do as soon as I get some time cause my gf is bugging me about spending alone time with her since the day is so "pretty" lol any how. Is http://www.bestswiss.com or idealwatches.com a good site to buy from and start my watch collection? So I'm looking for a Rolex with diamonds on each hour and want like white gold or a good type of silver something wont rust or change colors. Maybe you guys can send me to the right place to find a really nice one almost or close to the real thing. I don't mind spending anything under $900 dollars for one if it's close or near it to the real thing with almost same markings like a real one and a major plus if the diamonds were close to real. Maybe I'm looking for something that it isn't out there. If there is can you please please show me or send me to a link or a person with a good rep. THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP AND FOR READING THIS POST!!! I hope this question hasn't been answered in another post then I'll feel stupid still learning to use this great site. barkingtoad 2 Posted March 28, 2010 use the recommended dealers on here & you cant go wrong + save yourself a wad of cash
greg_r 84 Posted March 28, 2010 BestSwiss will steal your wallet, empty it of the contents, max out your credit cards and sell you a watch that's worth a fifth of what you paid. One of the worst scammers in the business. AVOID Seriously - stick to our trusted dealers. You'll save yourself a lot of dough and even more grief. These guys will sell you a good watch at a fair price. http://www.replica-watches-guide.com/forum...hp?showforum=
sconehead 5 Posted March 28, 2010 Yes, Onze is correct, bestswiss are scammers... All the trusted dealers here are able to find you EXACTLY the same watch that those scammers supply at a fraction of the price mate...
KBH 7 Posted March 28, 2010 What kind of Rolex are you looking for. Sounds like probably a DateJust. Any of our dealers can source a Datejust to your specifications. All they need is a picture of what you want. A couple of things to consider. Almost all reps come from China and the same one sold for $900 from a scam site can be bought for less than $300, assuming that the scam sites send you a high quality rep, which in most cases, they wont. Depending on the movement you choose, the same watch can be bought for as little as $100 to $150. My personal suggestion is to get one with a Eta clone movement. It will have the same beat rate as a Rolex movement and will be indistinguishable as far as watching the second hand. Be aware that if you buy a gold rep, the plating can vary from good to crap. Even the good plating will wear off in a year or two. Forget about "triple wrapped" and other BS claims. If you want a rep that will last and you plan on wearing every day, get a stainless steel one and you'll be happier in the long run.
Member X 91 Posted March 28, 2010 Didn't Luthier say Mary can get any combination of dial and case and bracelet? Could be a good start

PeteM 0 Posted March 28, 2010 Personally if I wanted the best Rollie I could get I would go to WM9 and/or BK on RG Or better still be patient and wait for the right one on the various sales forums
JustinCase 0 Posted March 28, 2010 So I'm new here act. as you can see lol. I've been reading so many posts here and learned a lot in the last 2 hrs just reading about watches then Ive learned my lifetime lol.... I hope this question hasn't been answered in another post then I'll feel stupid still learning to use this great site. Welcome to the RWG Forum! I have a few suggestions: 1. Dont' rush. Read a lot more about replica watches and recommended/trusted sites on the Forum. 2. Dont' rush. Read a lot more about replica watches and recommended/trusted sites on the Forum. 3. Dont' rush. Read a lot more about replica watches and recommended/trusted sites on the Forum. Seriously, do not be too eager to be parted with $900. There are literally hundreds of Rep watch Sites that are salivating to take your money. But don't expect to get a watch back from them and if you did, expect it to be a piece of junk. What? Dishonest Replica Watch dealers? That's shocking! Read a little bit more about Rep watches, which models are closest to the real thing, various movements (Swiss vs. Asian), various materials (stainless vs. gold plate), etc. For example, SS does not "rust" or "change color" as you feared and there is no such thing as gold for replica watches. It's gold plated which means it looks great new but will eventually wear out--it's only 3 to 5 micron thick (a micron is one thousandth of a millimeter--it's very thin). Also, there is no "real" diamand or anything close to it for a few hundred dollars. In short, please don't rush. Just about all the info you need can be found in the Forum with just afew days of perusing. You can ask questions and we can try to answer them the best we can but the danger is that you may not know the right questions to ask because you don't know what you don't know (Donald Rumsfeld's best quote). Spend a few more days learning from the Forum. I do not mean to be condscending, far from it. If you are not careful, you'll end up $900 poorer and with a piece of junk on you wrist or nothing at all. Good luck.
