The more expensive one has the correct handstack (i.e. the hands are stacked in the correct order). The problem with this is that the modification makes the movement a LOT less reliable. Go for the cheaper of the two - or better yet spend a LOT less and buy one of the 21J versions (which tend to be the most reliable).

Both are 40mm, someone hit a 9 instead of a 0.
