Chairman7w 0 Posted March 28, 2013 (edited) I ordered my second Rep back on Feb 28. I worked with Mary and she helped me select the watch I wanted. Payment was made Feb 28, and after a couple small hiccups, I received it yesterday! They were great about keeping me updated and making sure the product was first-class. Twice the product received from the factory was not up to standards and got fixed. I'm a patient man, and didn't mind the extra wait, as they were very communicative and kept me informed. Having received the product yesterday (about a week in transit to California) - all I can say is Wow! I am blown away - I just love it. As a noob, (this is only my second Rep), I admit I may not know exactly what to look for, and how to judge these. But to me, it seems wonderful, I have no issues with it. I'm already making plans for a black leather band with blue stitching. Thank you so much Mary and Rochest for taking good care of me, and I look forward to more purchases in the future - I'm thinking a 111 noob factory v3. Must have been a rough flight. Sent back on March 8th been in China "in transit since 3/17 must be sending to Mary on a mule ha. Oh and I'm not a fan of Pam's either but this I like.
