_DC_ 218 Posted April 8, 2013 First off a big thank you to Baxter for the gen strap, was a quick and easy transaction, top bloke!! Finally got the strap fitted today and it transforms the watch. Not so much the look although the gen alligator looks a lot better than the rep strap it came with, but the feel is so much better on the wrist, and where the lug inserts have been shaved down to fit the gen strap it actually fits my wrist better too (I have weedy little wrists and the lugs made the old strap stick out a little at the sides). If I had to choose only one I'd probably choose the blue dial on bracelet, because the colour is just beautiful, but the grey dial on strap is a far more sophisticated and classy watch, and I love the strap. I think I'm right in saying that Patek don't sell a blue dial version of the white gold Nautilus (which comes on strap) so can't have blue dial and strap or it'd be fantasy..... can't have that!!
