Is this suitable?

Just picked this up on a whim, Cortebert 620, didn't have time to research it. Suitable for a Vintage Pam? In working condition, obviously I'll have to clean and service it, what do you think/know about this movement?

No idea. Did you get a stem with it? Could be hard to come by.

How big is it? Will determine what size case you need :)

I reckon a Mollie stem might do the job. Could also try a modified ETA, if not I've seen Cortebert stems on ebay, they weren't that pricey as I recall...It might come with one, I haven't asked the seller yet...:)

Just a quick measure of the diameters with digi calipers gave this,

Asian 6497 = 37.20mm

Molnija 3601 = 36.54mm

Cortebert 616/17/20/22 = 35.45mm (according to the literature)

Thanks for doing my homework for me Sconey, good information. The Molnija and 6497 are closer than I thought.
