Luthier 1 Posted April 16, 2010 It's huge. No, really... it's huge watch. 48X18mm, and heavy. Surprisingly, it looks quite normal on my 8" wrist. The quality of the dial is phenomenal. The case is well polished, and all the details are well executed - bezel, bracelet, buttons, everything is high class. This watch is my last acquisition from Mary, during my trip to Guangzhou, together with Skyland Avenger. I'm extremely happy with watch, wear it every day for a week non-stop, and I'd highly recommend this model to every Breitling fan. Accuracy of this particular A7750 - 2-3 seconds a day, lume is very bright, but not stay too long, just regular rep. lume, but I sleep at night, so, no problem. I usually don't buy the watch with white dial/white hands combination, but on this watch hands are or chrome plated, or well polished, so, it looks, like they're black, and they're in high contrast with white dial. Printing on dial is very crisp, silver subdials with guilloche are very beautiful. The bracelet is just great, no sharp corners, and all engravings are very well made. Oh, and DW is just perfect. Great AR too. Here's a few pictures.

Luthier 1 Posted April 17, 2010 Stunning.....will add to list....Maybe a grey or black dial though.... I like black dials too, but on this watch white looks more classy and elegant, me think.
phaedo 0 Posted April 17, 2010 wowsers Luth! Never thought I could pull this off, but now you got me thinking. 48 mm sounds HUGE....... Now, I may not be the biggest guy around, wrist size is about 6.75 inches, but when I had a try on of one a few months back, it fit like a glove. Although 48mm is big, it felt a good size. Didn't wear as big as it should have in that regard. They are an awesome watch, I am thinking maybe I might bite the bullet and order two of them just so I can actually get the battons dial with a bracelet.... Talk me out of it someone!
Luthier 1 Posted April 18, 2010 Nooooo......... we won't... Bite the bullet and buy both - white/SS/arabics and black/SS/batons, and you're in heaven. You're right, this watch doesn't look huge on any wrist.
scope 3 Posted April 18, 2010 Nice watch and great pics! Gotta get me one of those!
phaedo 0 Posted April 18, 2010 What I was actually meaning was picking up a V2 to use the bracelet and a V3 for the battons dial. Swap the bracelet over to the battons, and sell the V2. Since the battons doesn't come on bracelet.

The road from Ford Pinto to Aston Martin DB-9 is a long way, but you just made the first step. I used to own an Aston, if you recall - we've talked about it before. Most Breitlings are more likely to appeal to the drivers of customised Jap machinery...
Luthier 1 Posted April 18, 2010 Well... Actually, Breitling is a pilot's watch. And... your DB-9 will bite the dust far behind my "customized" Jap. machinery, trust me, already proven on freeways.
