Rosgood26 0 Posted May 14, 2013 Hello I was just wondering if there has or are any reps of the Seiko 6105-8110, 6105-8119, 6105-8000 or 6105-8009 or the earlier 62MAS. I know there are repro dials and hands but I'm interested if anyone has ever seen a complete reproduction? The prices of these watches are going crazy. They cost anywhere from US$500 for a fair one to over US$1000 for a near mint model. The 62MAS can go over US$2000 near mint. This link is for a finished ebay auction of an original that I sold. It is for reference. http://www.ebay.com/itm/310655522990?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649

Rosgood26 0 Posted May 14, 2013 Yeah they are popular. In my opinion they are one of the best watches made in terms of reliability and durability. I have seen several Seiko that are 30 to 40 years old that have never been serviced that run fine and keep good time. They are also very easy to work on, especially compared with some of the Swiss movements. Hey Mazz, is that Capt. Willard's wrist in your banner? I love that pic!
