chsckwl 0 Posted May 21, 2013 They have really bad customer service. It almost took me a month to get 4 watches even though they changed my original order due to out of stock. They send me a broken watch and I have to pay for sending it back and they will deduct transfering fee for refund. I stil have not got refund yet. It took me two months but I stilll deal with this refund. I am so tired of their customer service. They don't even provide top qulilty watch either as they say.
