stabilo 0 Posted May 24, 2013 For any newbie like me who is wondering what happens if things go wrong then rest assured. My second and rather expensive purchase (Omega PO) using a TD recommended on this site ran into trouble when a small part fell off and got lost the same day as receipt of the watch. It was not attached properly. Devastation when joy and delight in a new watch turns to dust in only a few hours. After trying for many months with the TD and elsewhere to get a replacement (for which I was nevertheless willing to pay for ) I had no luck at all. So I contacted Del one of the moderators on this site. Del sprung into action even though he was actually on vacation!! He kept me updated regularly on what action he was taking and was very quick to respond to communications. After only a few weeks all was settled amicably and I had the replacement part I needed.
