black263 228 Posted May 30, 2013 Some of you may remember that I posted a how-to on resizing the Tag Link bracelet. I've been attempting to resize the bracelet on a Tag Carrera Day Date that I recently received from WI, and found there is a similar hidden technique. Hopefully the following will assist when you do the same. First you remove the push-in bar. This bit is straightforward, using a pin pusher, and pliers. It is a straight friction fit. At this point, you need to grip the link between finger and thumb and lift it away. You will see that one of the thin bracelet elements remains attached. Side Side view. This element contains a fixed hollow pin, and the attached link can now be slid off Refitting is simply done by reversing the process.
Crusader 0 Posted May 30, 2013 There should be a law that every watch brand should go to screws-in-bracelet system, those pins are real PITA, hate them. Thanks for tutorial
