arancini 0 Posted June 3, 2013 Mmm Lets go CSI for a moment Surely if the 'modder' was taking his prescribed dosage of Instant Expert Tablets he would of noticed that the caseback was crossed threaded and foooked the instant he set to work on it and would have raised the matter n'est pas If not up to date on the Expert pills or the dosage not kicking in with sufficient efficacy and this not noticed ( or heaven forbid not in existence) on receipt then the guilt is easy to attribute noh? Jeees didnt even need to run DNA analysis
arancini 0 Posted June 8, 2013 Modder Goin finally reimbursed me for damage to my watch. However sending it back with a loose case back which caused subsequent damage, ruined it for me. Having said that, maybe I got unlucky. I personally won't use him again. Cheers.
narikaa 129 Posted June 9, 2013 What a CSI story this is So the DEA cut a deal and accepted the Guilty but with Diminished Responsibility Well its all good theatre Some definitions worthy of remembering: Watchsmith: Usually the product of a traditional apprenticeship and possesing knowledge and abilities spanning a couple of decades of experience. All manner of horological problems well within his comfort zone Modder: Often the eater of the instant expert pills: Discovered his niche new found capabilities in carrying out specific cosmetic procedures (providing nothing goes awry and takes things outside of the limited comfort zone), unfortunately anything outside of these cosmetics be 'white mans magic'. . TRANSPORTER 1 Posted June 9, 2013 Haha, I do white mans magic on watches, but only my own, there is no way I would take payment from someone let alone even accept a job off someone
