ShovelnTC 31 Posted June 8, 2013 (edited) Hey Guys, I wanted an explorer 1 and nearly bought one from Reg together with another watch which I did buy from Reg (review fort that one later) but he only had a 21j and being a Rollie it seems that whenever I discuss the quality of these reps with buddies the main comment is always the sweep so I wanted a highbeat version. I actually ordered another watch from Josh but when I received the QC pics it was not quite what I expected Josh couldn’t get the exact watch that I wanted so took the opportunity to change the order to this Explorer. Well in quick time I received this watch and I love it. It is a hair lighter and more comfortable that the Sub-C I have been wearing for some time. From what I have seen it seems reasonably accurate but I don’t nit pick like some of the guys here so I’m not concerned if there is any major tells as I just like the look of this watch. Overall quality seems good and the only manufacturing defect I've noticed was one of the link pins has virtually no depth to the screwdriver slot so I can’t open the link at that point (I have no idea as to how they assembled it like that) anyway I needed to remove a couple of links so that one just came off as a pair so no issue for me. Movement asian ETA. Have only been wearing it for a few days but so far all is at it should be. Being a newbie I am trying a few of the TD’s so this was a first purchase from Joshua and I will definitely be buying from him again. All of my emails were answered quickly (between an hour and a day) and with sufficient info each time. Overall a great buying experience. Cheers, Mark. Pics tell the story. Being that my wanker is 20mm LOL yeah I was feeling quite "Big" as well until I realised I had put the wrong size in the original heading, watch is 39mm not 19!
