James. 4 Posted June 18, 2013 be wary in a PVD case it'll be very hard to see anything, think about a TI or brushed SS case
cragster 0 Posted June 18, 2013 (edited) going to go for ss case and silver superlumed hands i think, spot on semaj brushed would look cool Edited June 18, 2013 by cragster
greg_r 83 Posted June 18, 2013 Go for black hands and stealth lume too. You won't be able to tell the time, but what the hell

Kleen™ 45 Posted June 18, 2013 Go for the all-in, full-on, blacked-out, stealth-galore moddafucking treatment! Being able to tell time is not what watches are about at all..
JohnPilot 1 Posted June 18, 2013 It will look good only with a very good AR on the glass. If not you just have a nice mirror
TheSav 2 Posted June 18, 2013 It will look good only with a very good AR on the glass. If not you just have a nice mirror Wrist mirrors are the new trend. Didn't you know?
watch.aholic 538 Posted June 18, 2013 I've got one with a similar dial...It's got silver hands....here's a pic to give you an idea with a SS case
cragster 0 Posted June 18, 2013 yup thats the sort of thing i am going for
Thang 582 Posted June 18, 2013 I think that will look good with gold hands.
Pennapolis 0 Posted June 18, 2013 Go for it! Ordering a few from Getat......he's even blacked out the seconds markers. Doing it on the same case as above. and on a Rardiomir case. Never thought about blacking out the hands though......and in a PVD case.....? Might look real nice too!
LightGeek 25 Posted June 18, 2013 You won't be able to tell the time, but what the hell +1 That's not what watches are for.
gtwc 1 Posted June 18, 2013 That's taking stealth to the extreme............. Is it just an urban myth (Greg_R?) that there is such a thing as 'stealth lume'. Or does that just mean 'no lume'?
Pennapolis 0 Posted June 18, 2013 I don't know.......I've seen a few "stealth" watches out there from various companies like.....Seiko, Lum-Tec, Android. You can build these on the cheap though.....if you don't like the look you could always swap some silver hands on it with blue (bright white) super lume. Never know till you try it. Frankt8242 1 Posted June 18, 2013 I guess insanity has established a solid foothold here..... :help3: :help3:
LightGeek 25 Posted June 18, 2013 That's taking stealth to the extreme............. Is it just an urban myth (Greg_R?) that there is such a thing as 'stealth lume'. Or does that just mean 'no lume'? Isn't that how everything is? Stealth lume = no lume ... but at a price premium because it's "stealth".
gtwc 1 Posted June 18, 2013 So 'stealth lume' could also mean 'normal rep lume'...............
flyr 4 Posted June 18, 2013 I think Tritec carried a grey "stealth" lume at some point in the past. Personally I'm not a fan of watches that you can't tell time on. You'd just be wearing an odd looking bracelet. JMHO
