OK, I know what this is since it says it on the box. Otherwise it looks a little tough. Manufacturer is Marshall.

ball vice.

Is that your answer to every thing HD? :choke:

It's for pressing something out of something else. Either jewels out of a plate

or a shaft from a wheel/cog. Since it looks a little harsh on jewels I would guess shafts.

You're kind of right, I think. But not quite.

The box says: "Marshall ____________ Remover". Fill in the blank for the prize.

Roller Remover :)

Correct-o!

RolRem01.jpg

The C. & E. Marshall roller remover No. 41803. This is one of the best tools to use when removing the roller table from the balance wheel of any watch. Works as well on bracelet sized watches as it does on pocket sized watches. The tip is open so it will not damage the pivots on the balance staff. This is a very simple and easy tool to use.
