hunter 0 Posted May 14, 2010 (edited) It's a little tough to tell from this pic, but the green is definitely not the same as a real anniv sub - it is darker, almost army greenish. I once owned a actual 50th anniv sub so I know what the color should look like. I am going to live with it or look into buying a bezel off ebay vs sending back. AllergyDoc 40 Posted May 14, 2010 You should know that Rolex has released several different LV Subs with slightly different shades of green. I like the watchmaterial.com bezels. I can't comment on their shade of green, though. I bought a SD bezel.
sconehead 5 Posted May 14, 2010 +1 what Doc said, I know the Z serial was the lightest shade and that the others were different...

AllergyDoc 40 Posted May 14, 2010 Watchmaterial There are other makers on the Bay, as you said. Maybe someone else can chime in on which is best. Here's mine, as it arrived: How does it look compared to yours?
KBH 7 Posted May 14, 2010 I bought three or four of them from various places. The nicest I've found is the new WM9 insert. Maybe you can get one from BK if he has any extras. As AD says, there are lots of different colors of green from Rolex. Here's all the information you'll ever need on the LV model: Rolex LV
