J!m 289 Posted July 3, 2013 So I'm working on my truck today, and I ripped the crystal and bezel off my 5517. No big deal, I found all the parts and set it aside. I seem to have cracked the crystal near the base, so I might get another, or I might lap it a bit lower. I think it was a bit high (superdome) for this model anyway [but it did look cool!] Anyway, I am questioning the correct way to assemble the bezel. I spent some good money on a gen-style bezel, crystal retainer (inner bezel) insert and washer. I also assembled it a few ways and ended up with two washers under the crystal retainer (inner bezel) which allowed the outer bezel to rotate, but it rotated a bit too easily for my taste. Anyway, the point is, do we have, or have access to, an exploded diagram of how this is SUPPOSED to go together? I had it working, but I think that the inner bezel/crystal retainer being so high was part of the reason I ripped the whole thing off the rehaut on my turbocharger.
