Omeg@007 0 Posted May 21, 2010 As you know, i bought recently the ( Omega Seamaster chronometer-Planet Ocean (007). everything is fine (thanks to the guys yes. on the shoutbox for helping me in sorting winding issues wink.gif ). But i have a problem in setting the date, the date is not changed as it should be changed. It should be changed at 11:30pm, but mine is changing noon time of a new day.!!! If someone can list the steps of how to set the dates, i would be so thankful.
GC 4,517 Posted May 21, 2010 I believe you are just misinterpreting the time my friend. If the date change is occuring at 12 noon, as you say, for the internals of the watch it is not noon but midnight. So, when the date changes at 12 consider it midnight and set the time accordingly. hope that helps GC

Ahhh, ok, that is a different story. If the date is changing at 5 (am/pm doesn't matter), then you have to have the hands reset by a watchsmith.
