Angus said the general finish and feel of the rep is not on par with the 3.5

Toro while liking the new version, still would probably go for the 3.5 if he had to choose between the two

Other points about this version:

• Thicker bezel lume (main selling point)
  
• Same makers as AP carbon
  
• Called mainly as 'New version' but occasionally as 'v4'
  
• Supposedly repped from the noob version (instead of being repped from the gen)
  
• Poorer cyclops AR - kinda similar if not worse than v3 judging from what people around the rep fora have said
  
• Most dealers offer same price as v3.5, Saed slightly cheaper (excluding shipping)

That could just be the angle of the watches. Most reps have horrid crystals and moving them slightly will cause them to have that cloudy-effect.

So far if i quote 2 different dealer

This new version, inner ring lume is better than Noob factory, thicker and better application.

They use the same rubber strap maker as Noob factory.

 

I think Noob factory cyclops is better

 

actually the dial is similar black, but this new maker is slightly light than Noob version.

 

overall quality is good , finishing not bad.

 

Noob v3.5 has better AR on the crystal as compared to the new maker, that is why noob dial looks blacker, sharper compared to the new maker (V4)

Noob updated 3.5 so there is also version 4 from noob, called Noob 4.1 on other forums.

It looks really good, it's slightly better then new maker 4.0.
