dirt box 0 Posted July 27, 2013 tryed to pay for a ploprof today off WI using moneygram on my card,about five mins after i had a email from moneygram saying that visa will not let the payment continue and to call them,i phoned them up and was told that visa say the transaction is unsafe to continue. anyone else had this problem? markeym3 2 Posted July 27, 2013 Yes me too with Toro's site ,, the bank contacted me , i spoke with a guy and they said they ok'd it but still doesn't work ,,, it's a shame some folk messed up the PayPal ..
