I need to do this to all of my Breitling polished bracelets but then I gather that withing 20min of wearing them again they will look pretty much the same as before polishing em...looks great though

Alls good then...still I am disappointed as i was hoping it was just some special new polish. How on earth do i replicate this at home - my drill wont quite reach the speeds a lathe can and my Dremel whilst fast cant handle a big wheel as it has as much torque as a smart 50cc moped!!!

I suppose i could lower my standards and by a cheapo clarke bench grinder and slap on a polishing wheel.

Great job mate, I have one of these incoming...

SSTEEL

Ay, its a great deal. UK only so contacted the seller, and Michael, the owner said he will ship to Finland :) Only £36 shipping, which aint bad for something as heavy as these.

That's the ticket SSteel....at work, we of course have all kinds of grinding polishing gear.......well we are a grinding shop.

I originally bought that wee kit for home use.........Scorp, you can get a result with a drill.............it'll just take longer.

Like any job .......it's just a matter of overcoming inertia...........remember, I do grinding and polishing for a living, and still I couldn't be bothered fixing this.

I observed the same phenomenon at a friends house when his wife complained about his leaking washing machine...........he, was a plumber. :D

Looks great. Nicely done.

Thanks mate. :)

Yer, good job mate !! It looks like you used a red jewellers rouge ? If you want the best finish get the blue or white bars for a mirror finish. It is all i use :D

Thanks Olly for the tip..........it's been years since I did any hand polishing using mops and rouge, so I was reasonably happy with the finish.
