debian 0 Posted June 6, 2010 I was looking for a nice watch, but couldn't find any that looked good in my prize range. so I started looking for a replica of the Moonwatch, that I always liked. After looking through some sites that was obviously scam-sites I found this forum and found what I wanted at the recommended dealer asian7550 It took a week from that I payed for the watch until it arrived in a well packed package. MOVEMENT: Lemania Hand Wind Working Chronograph CASE DIAMETER: 40mm THICKNESS: 11mm DIAL COLOR: Black Anniversary dial with White Stick Marker CASE MATERIAL: Solid Stainless Steel 316L BRACELET: Solid Stainless Steel with Diver's extension FRONT GLASS: Sapphire BACK GLASS: Display Case back (Sapphire) CLASP TYPE: Tang Buckle with insignia Water Resistant I is beyond my expectations. it works like a charm and it looks great. The quality is far better than I would imagine of a replica watch. The movement isn't very decorated and I would prefer a non-windowed back. One irritating thing is about the chronograph hour indicator, it shows the same hours as the "big" hour indicator. I would prefer that if the hours of the chronograph does not work that it would point still at zero and not move... AllergyDoc 40 Posted June 19, 2010 The funky dial at 6:00 would end up bothering me too much and I would have to get it fixed. I had a 7750 watch that did that. Some gear slipped and the hour subdial at 6:00 began following the hour hand around the dial. Bothered me so much that I sold the watch. debian 0 Posted June 19, 2010 (edited) I scouted the Internet for pictures of gen and tried to take similar pictures. There are a few things that differs... rep is to the left. * The glass is the wrong shape. it is a high dome shape on original. and almost flat on the rep. resulting i a higher steel edge. * The sub dials is to far apart, resulting in a shorter hour mark on 3, 6 and 9, making it look almost like a reduced. * The golden logo is not as good printed as original * The scale on tachometer is a bit different after 100. * The lume does not lume so much on mine...
