Asian 2813 vs 2836 movements. Worth the extra?

Recommended Posts

I see from looking that there are two levels of Asian quality - the 2813 and 2836 movements.

Is there a noticeable difference - and is it worth the extra circa $100? Discuss.

Thank you.

Not two levels of quality. They are completely different. Difference is noticeable and also you can hear it ;)

Worth to check thread about movements found in replicas.

Always go for the better movement if you can afford it. That said I would not go for a Swiss ETA at the extra cost above an Asian clone.
