Seiko 5 autos, Monster, the Kinetics all make great beaters and I use the dive watches to actually dive with and put my DSSD in the box when I go. Have experience with one Citizen minute repeater solar poser and it's great, but might be a little outside the price range. Only problem with it is it has so many complications it is very involved to set it. However it keeps great time and I live with setting it twice per year for savings time.
