markeym3 2 Posted September 1, 2013 Hi Folks , Picked up a Korsbeck Oceaneer the other day , got it a little cheaper because of the crown/stem issue , but have contacted Fricker , the case maker and they can sort this out. I was attracted to this watch because of its size 45mm and the look , very Seiko. It wears really well and the ETA movement is so smooth. I did read somewhere that some folk found it a little odd to wear due to the lug positions it does look as if it sticks out but I have an 8" wrist so seems to seat ok . Also the case should be a shot blast finish but the previous owner had it polished , which is ok either way. It came on a rubber strap and also with a Khaki nato , but I opted for this Xtra long Panatime strap , it still needs to wear in a little but I like it. Thanks for looking. Korsbek. Stainless steel Ocean Explorer 1000M automatic model. German Fricker case with Swiss movement, Swiss Made. Black color dial with C3 Superluminova hands and hour markers. Powered by Swiss ETA 2892-A2 automatic movement. Case diameter is 45 mm without crown. Unidirectional 60 minutes bezel. Date between 3-4 o'clock. Solid screw on back case. Automatic Helium valve.
