persianpirate 0 Posted October 3, 2013 I've been looking for a rep "vintage" rolex and came across this one on Silix. Mostly wondering if Gens ever had this style/size font. I'd replace the strap with leather so not worried about correctness there, and the mag on the cyclops doesn't look 2.5x, but any other flaws? Any help is appreciated! Thanks! Kcore 0 Posted October 3, 2013 I've seen a few 1950's - 60s Precisions with stick markers and dots like this rep. I recently saw one on a riveted braclet too. The only thing that draws my eye is the Rolex crown. I don't think I've seen a Precision with a painted crown. I think the minute markers that are sitting between crown spike places this more in the 1970s, but I could be wrong on that. For a vintage Rolex, the Precision is way more believable to own as they can be had at a resonable price, not like vintage subs that would cost 20K+ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
