IWC Pilot Made out of cow hide. 22mm wide and 3,5mm thick. Omega speedmaster Made out of reindeer (sorry Rudolf), 20mm wide, 122mm long, 73mm long 3mm thick. Super soft and suede inside. Made for my IWC Pilot. 3mm thick and 22mm wide

chekkarn 0 Posted December 26, 2013 (edited) Some work in progress: All hand sewn of course. Experimenting with different stitches and sizes: On the left 5 stitches per inch and made them at an angle. On the right. 7 stitches per inch (62 total) Very low profile Edited December 26, 2013 by chekkarn

HeavyKrush 16 Posted December 27, 2013 Flaws add character mate. Not a fan of straps that look totally machine made anyway. Last ones a keeper. Keep it up.
chekkarn 0 Posted December 28, 2013 Flaws add character mate. Not a fan of straps that look totally machine made anyway. Last ones a keeper. Keep it up. It began with me drenshing the leather with olive oil to make it darker and soft. I might have over done it :P Had a hard time to get the glue to set. But now that it's finished it's one of my softest and most flexible. Live and learn.
