but i don't see gen case and dial for eta 2834 to do a franken day-date

Being this is a rep forum, the odds of jumping in and finding a gen case and dial for a particular Tudor watch is probably not very good. But I do like your idea and hope that if you find one you share it with us. We would all love to see the finished project.
