Help Identifying a Movement

Hello friends

 

I have been going back and forth trying to figure out the movement used in this watch

 

i know its not a tourbillon thats for sure

 

its an open heart design, i removed the case to see if any numbers where on the movement but nothing

 

hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction
