mondeov6 0 Posted July 31, 2010 Hi, I picked up two cheep Chinese watches from e-bay the other day. They are for my nephew who is starting to develope an interest for watches.. (good lad!!) He asked me if I could find him a couple of cheep watches for him. (These two were 40$ shipping included) He very clearly pointed out to me they should NOT be... "Old Fart´s watches"...like mine!!?? (Not so god lad!!) The orange one would be a Bell & Ross "wannabie" I think. The other one.....no clue?... don´t think it is a "wannabie". But take look at the rubber strap on that one...."Breitling!!??"....LOL!! Anyway I think the watches will fit his "taste" (or lack of it) and it will be most interesting to see just how long they will last in the hands of a "wild and crazy" teenager. I´ll give them a week... or two, tops! Considering they cost about as much as a couple of hamburgers, they are actually not all that bad. Rolf Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They are both cheap Cjiaba/Slava "Russian" watches but 100% made in China. I have had them on my desk since thursday (with some extra winding yesterday) and they actually keep time suprisingly well!?. They both have lost about a minute since thursday.
