sardonix 1 Posted February 1, 2014 Was looking for a Nautilus to see how it fits me. I choose an older model not the newest 1:1. Liked this one because of the close caseback and dial pattern and color. Its 9.3mm thick, case with the side skirts 42.1mm with crown 43.5mm but the bezel diameter is 38.4mm so it wears like a Royal Oak 15300. Asian clone high beat movement was $268 plus shipping from intime.co Custom order Ryan sourced it for me. Came tonight after dark, so few in the light tent. JasperB 0 Posted February 1, 2014 Thats my favourite model too. I modified mine to have the date window in the correct position (new dial and stick on date wheel overlay) IMHO when the movement can't look like the Gen it's better to have a closed caseback. Just wondering, where did you source the dial and DWO? I've been wanting to change mine for a while and have no idea where to get one. Any help appreciated. Oh by the way, lovely watch sardonix

Kleen™ 45 Posted February 2, 2014 Great shots, Sard:-) Makes me want to replace my grey dial for the blue I have lying in a box - hands are much slimmer than any other version I've seen. Is this gen for the 3700/3800 series..?

Oh by the way, lovely watch sardonix Well I had one with the correct date window, but the keyless was stuffed. So I took the hands and dial off and saw that the date wheel had an overlay on it, which I peeled off. Then I took the closed case back one like yours to bits - the movement comes out through the front and the stem splits because you can't get at the back obviously, and stuck the overlay on, then changed the dial out, put the hands back on, and put it back together. It's one of my favourite watches.
