OK if You are looking for this You might as well go with the 16613 You chose (just choose the Asian Eta movement for 100 usd less). The ones with faux diamonds are the Yachtmasters I think. Most of the TD's may be able to source it for you if you contact them however, but I'd go with Trusty Time.
