Looking for PO Chrono Orange Bezel in 42 mm

Looking for a PO chrono with orange bezel. There is a billboard I pass daily advertsing this watch. The ad worked. I want it. Not sure these exist, but I want one in 42 mm. I cannot wear a larger size. I have searched the TDs, and the only 42 mm I found was on Kingwatch, but it had a quartz movement. I do not want quartz. Does anyone know where I can get a PO Pumpkin Chrono in 42 mm with a 7750 movment? Thanks.
