debian 0 Posted August 24, 2010 The screws on the edge of the bezel, are they real screws on the rep? is the screws on gen real screws. if real, has they any purpose other then decoration? Has the big numbers on dial lume on the gen? The 2010 model they has added a "swiss made" label on the dial and is no longer called "Skyland Avenger", just "Avenger". AllergyDoc 40 Posted August 24, 2010 The big numbers are not lumed. I don't know about the screws as my watch is at home.
debian 0 Posted August 25, 2010 I don't think the screws are real screws on the rep. I tried to use a screwdriver on them, but I couldn't move them... but I didn't dare to use much force. It's these screw I'm talking about...
GC 4,554 Posted August 25, 2010 Honestly... I have never bothered to find out. I would bet the Gen has real screws, but for decoration only. Leave the screws alone on the Rep, they might not be real and you will lose one by messing with them. And yes, the 2010 Avenger model is slightly different than the Skyland Avenger
debian 0 Posted August 26, 2010 I think that on the gen you can use these screws to unscrew the bezel, instead of using sharp objects and flip it off...
