trailboss99 997 Posted February 1, 2009 Whats the point of a nice watch without a suit to go with it? 'sides it's Dunhill, that means cufflinks, pens, money clips, card cases all the bits you need to compliment a nice watch. Oh, and watches of cause. Col. greg_r 83 Posted February 1, 2009 Plenty of point having a nice watch - even if you're wearing it with a leather jacket. Anyhow I have enough nice suits to serve my purposes (especially since I only wear a suit once or maybe twice per week), along with two or three pairs of cufflinks and a decent pen (which I rarely use). Card cases and money clips I have no use for. Like I said, I can resist, fortunately

NFleischer 4,355 Posted February 1, 2009 you can get some nice discounts on the second tier watches- Tissot, Gevril, Raymond Weil, etc. 50-60% off. the truth is there are alot of place online where you can get big discounts on gens- the watchery, joma shop overstock, etc. as a matter of fact- i've pretty much decided to give up most reps for these gen deals. for ex. i just ordered a Hamilton chrono with real SWISS 7750 for about $600. i'm tired of paying $300- 400 for the reps lately. i think the qc really sucks, much worse than a few years ago. i'm not sure why.
