Pharmo 33 Posted May 13, 2014 This came up on another forum and I just had to bite This is the Seiko 7A38 7190. These watches are quite collectible and some of them do go for crazy money on eBay. The Seiko 7A series were the worlds first quartz analogue chronographs. My one dates from May 1986 and comes on original bracelet. Quite a lot of scratches on the glass but I think I will try and get my watchsmith to put a new crystal on for me if possible. Good enough size for my small wrists and I must admit, I am really getting into this vintage scene. Anybody else have any similar 7A38 in their collection? Some pictures for you to enjoy.... SSTEEL 0 Posted May 14, 2014 Nice vintage, I too love these, and the 6M25, the watch with the dancing hands. Even though the watch is tiny when worn on my 8" wrist, I still love it.

Thanks mate- I've yet to secure a 6m25, on the lookout though. Not too keen on two tone.

mrtsumoto80 0 Posted May 15, 2014 Nice acquisition, I'm also interested ina vintage piece, currently towards a seamaster 600 just because I need a proper dress watch. Your new chrono is killer, so change the crystal and polish that bracelet :-)
