To my knowledge all Omega POs have the Geneva waves all over the movement and the rep has the Geneva waves only on the flywheel. If you ever have someone handling your watch, they will know straight away. I'd rather stick to a closed back model. Anyone know what I'm talking about? The new reps with the Miyota movement have the wave design that looks authentic. The only new style Planet Ocean you can get with a closed caseback is the Liquid Metal limited edition rep. BC1221 44 Posted August 5, 2014 AT maker looks the part but i couldnt live with that stuttery second hand. besides, anyone that even knows what to look for in a omega would know thats fake just as fast as they would a noob or a BP due to the bronze balance wheel. i have a BP and its perfect. smooth sweep. stem is very smooth. keeps perfect time. its one of my fav pieces.
