BIG ~50mm watches show

Recommended Posts

KeNnY

Hi all,

I had a small idea, of creating big topic, with a lot of pictures regarding brand names and names of the watches, what we can put into category of big monstrous watches around size ~50mm (max ~62mm minimal ~45mm). These watches must represent big hands and numbers, and thick robust look. I think many would like to know, what brands have what big watches, there fore, when you post an name of the watch, please find an picture of it ! Although not many of them are replicated, but most of them would be :thumbsup2: you can also put homages, or other affordable watches.

I would start first, generally you know U-BOAT Flight deck

and I generally would like to have replicated also this u-boat rattrapante !!

This watch is simply OMG :sarky_clap:

Hope I would not be only one updating this topic ;) cheers

What's with the piddly little watches? :thumbsup2:

Now this is what I call a BIG watch: Panerai Big Egiziano. 60mm. (the tiny little watch on the left is just for comparison - it's a 47mm Radiomir - which is NOT a small watch ;) )

Slightly more sensible, here's my PAM300 Mare Nostrum (52mm)

One of my favourite 'big' watches (although sensible by comparison with the others here):

Fiddy. 47mm - wearing it today actually

Then there's the Rolerai - Rolex/Panerai 6154. Still 47mm but wears a lot smaller than the Fiddy. Possibly my all-time favourite watch:

I could go on... :sarky_clap:

I can't remember now!

The BR01-92 is tthe slimmest, maybe 10mm, whereas the 01-94 is the thickest, about 13mm I think?

GMT is somewhere in the middle!

The specs will be on www.bellross.com :)

I love Panerai, but that Welder is very nice. Small suggestion can we put the size also with the description the way Greg did?
