greg_r 84 Posted June 12, 2014 Vintage 6263: Bear in mind that modern secs@6 Daytonas are a time bomb reliability wise (a search on here will turn up all the info you need). The vintage models with handwind ST19 (aka 'copy venus' or sometimes 'lemania') movements are, however, extremely reliable.

sergiiko 1 Posted June 12, 2014 This watch so beautiful but why does Rolex make (made) so small watches (37mm)? It is almost unnoticeable on the wrist.

TheInthusiest 0 Posted June 12, 2014 This watch so beautiful but why does Rolex make (made) so small watches (37mm)? It is almost unnoticeable on the wrist. It was because of when it was released, pretty much all watches were small. Now, as trends are expanding, our watches are getting bigger. Pick one: :wanker:

snowykim 0 Posted June 12, 2014 I like vintage models too but don't you think they are screaming for fakes considering rarity and price tag of real ones?

Conex 0 Posted June 12, 2014 I like vintage models too but don't you think they are screaming for fakes considering rarity and price tag of real ones? Well it depends. I never pretend my watches are real so for me, not a problem.

Ishmael 92 Posted June 12, 2014 I like vintage models too but don't you think they are screaming for fakes considering rarity and price tag of real ones? Who gives a fuck?? Anyone on here looking to buy a $50k watch for $200 and hoping to pass it off as a gen is fucking delusional. Some reps are gorgeous in their own right... like the goldie! nyckid you know which one I'd pick
Ishmael 92 Posted June 13, 2014 I went for this, Ya that's super hot. Once I get over my vintage kick I'm gettin me one of those!
UmpaHimself 223 Posted June 13, 2014 The main reason I stay away from the modern Daytona is the polished mid links. Very nice watches but I would have a hard time wearing that.

aflop 0 Posted June 13, 2014 I like vintage models too but don't you think they are screaming for fakes considering rarity and price tag of real ones? I think this is hilarious. No offense but the price difference between a low end 6263 Daytona and a carbon fc ap diver is less than 10k. Doesn't seem to stop everyone on the forum snapping these up and wearing them as daily beaters! Haha
