Iand 0 Posted June 26, 2014 Hi people I have a daytona ice blue dial quartz micro stepper , argh quartz you say, anyway, it has a ceramic bezel with etched numbers and what I assume is white paint in the recess's. I have soaked bezels which were glued before and cleaned off and re applied contact adhesive and voila done, I'm a little confused if this bezel is glued or not? And concerned that if I soak it the white numbers will dissolve, incidentally there is slight wear on a number compared to the others. If I did need to soak to remove what is the paint of choice to re-paint? Any advice is appreciated
J!m 289 Posted June 27, 2014 I'd have to see it, in hand with a loupe, to begin to suggest how to take it apart...
