Also the markings on the bezel are not dead centre, very noticeable on the 30 and bottom 2 markers in the photo. Also the text on the face is slightly out, the 'u' in sumbariner does not have the little 'flicks', infact on closer inspection none of the letters do. ShovelnTC 31 Posted July 26, 2014 I'm no expert but pretty sure that the "square" four bezel insert came on the earliest LV's which this is not as it has rehault engraving. The "black shit" on the hour hand is just lighting as the hand has curvature so the light source is likely from the lower side of the watch, I have seen this lighting effect before. James. 4 Posted July 26, 2014 Still reckon the hands have been tampered with, looks like either a mark or foreign item on the dial next to "certified" which would indicate the watch has been opened. ShovelnTC 31 Posted July 26, 2014 The more I look at this the more Rep it looks, Hour hand Mercedes lines thickness is too thick, the hour hand base is too wide, cut of the crown teeth etc. Again I'm definitely no expert and I usually refrain from looking for tells but I wouldn't be buying this one unless it was less than $200.
